Typically, it starts at 600 pieces for a new order, which can be broken down into 200 pieces per color across up to 3 different colorways. We are open to discussing specific needs for new partners.

Yes, this is our specialty. We provide comprehensive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services if you have a unique design/technical drawing, and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services allowing you to customize our existing open-mold styles. Our Private Label service includes expertly adding your logo to the frames, demo lenses, and creating custom packaging to build your brand identity.

Q3. How do you control the quality of a bulk eyewear order?

We implement a rigorous, multi-stage quality control (QC) process. This includes: 1) Raw Material Inspection of the acetate blocks, 2) In-Process Checks at key manufacturing stages like CNC carving and hinge insertion, and 3) a 100% Final Inspection where every single frame is checked for finish, alignment, and dimensions before packing. We welcome third-party inspections arranged by our clients.

Q4. What is the average production lead time for a wholesale order?

The average production lead time for our acetate optical frames is between 45 to 60 days. This timeframe begins after the official pre-production sample has been approved by you and the deposit has been received. The exact lead time can vary based on order complexity and volume.

Q5. How can I verify the material is genuine cellulose acetate and not common plastic (like TR90 or PC)?

Genuine cellulose acetate has distinct characteristics that we guarantee. Unlike injected plastics, our acetate frames are carved from large, layered blocks, which gives them a superior weight, a warmer feel to the touch, and a deep, rich color lustre that will not fade. Furthermore, acetate is easily adjustable by opticians with heat, a key feature not possible with most common plastics.

We have a clear sample policy. For styles from our existing collection, we can provide ready-stock samples for a small fee (often deductible from a future bulk order). For OEM/ODM projects, we create and provide pre-production samples for your approval after the design is finalized and a sample deposit is made. This ensures you are 100% satisfied before mass production begins.

We have extensive experience shipping globally and can manage all logistics according to your needs. We primarily work with FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) incoterms.
