The process is straightforward: You provide the sketch, and our R&D team will create professional 2D technical drawings and 3D renderings for your approval. Once confirmed, we produce a physical prototype sample. After you approve the prototype, we proceed to mass production. We handle the entire technical development, turning your vision into a market-ready product.

Q7. What are your payment and shipping terms for a first-time international buyer?

For new partners, our standard payment term is 30% deposit via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to initiate production, with the 70% balance due upon completion and before shipment. We are flexible on shipping terms (Incoterms) and commonly work with FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to provide you with the most convenient and cost-effective logistics solution.

Q8. How do you handle after-sales support, specifically regarding potential manufacturing defects?
